In most cases, you should not quit your job right away, even if you think the company is legitimate. This is because you may not make enough money right away to pay your bills, or you may not end up liking the business. Maybe you will decide it is not for you after all. So if you want, you can still work another job in the "real world," even if just to get out of the house a few days a week.
