To purchase boxes for a move you would need to shell out almost $400 to have enough for a three or four bedroom home. That is a lot of cash to spend on just the boxes. For those of us out there that have more then the normal amount of belongings then you will need even more boxes. After unpacking those creates you have to figure out what to do with them. Hopfully one of your friends is moving and would love to take your boxes. If not you could break them down and store them, but that just takes up valuable storage space and can become a fire hazard. You could throw them all away, but that would be wasteful. If they are plain boxes without the logo of a company on them then you might be able to sell them. Rent Used Boxes

If you want to be environmentally friendly then you could rent moving creates. You could rent cardboard boxes or even plastic bins. These box rental companies are only available in some communities, so look around to see if they are near you.

Free Used Boxes

The best is finding free used boxes. Just think what you can do with that money if you can get your boxes for free. Finding free boxes is time consuming and can be fairly hard. If you have the space for storage you can break down and keep every possible box for moving. By having so many boxes ready to go moving is cheaper and faster than if you have to go looking for them at the last minute.
