Puggles are hybrid dogs that are the result of a cross between a beagle hound and a pug. They are a very energetic dog and they come in both a regular size and a pocket size.

When you see a Puggle for the first time you will probably be taken in by the sweet face looking back at you with the worried expression. People seem to love their puggle and bring into their lives many things that they do with other designer type dogs. In many states there are play days that are held at training facilities for these dogs. Usually they require that the dogs have all their immunizations up-to-date before they come into the play arena so that everyone enjoys play.

Anyone considering a puggle needs to understand that these dogs are pretty high maintenance. Between the amounts of energy they have and the attention they need, you will be very busy with them.
