Peace Coach, Art Ramsay, says, "We only need to pick up the paper or look on the news to see how stressed out people are. In as stressed as the society is, inner peace is in demand. Whether it is conscious or not, it is still in demand. It may be the people seek and don't know what their seeking."
Art has worked for the U.S. government, traveled to many countries, and experienced many cultures. He was living in turmoil. Along life's road, he began a spiritual journey which led him feeling passionate about bringing peace to the world. He believes a person can bring forth the peace already inside them, and spread it to others.
During his 20 year spiritual journey, Art developed proactive strategies for finding peace, harmony and transformation. Follow the powerful techniques for your own spiritual journey to true harmony.
By learning spiritual principles, by understanding them, and by practicing them, old habits can be changed to new ways of living. Put into practice a refreshing new attitude of getting up in the morning and being grateful for the day, instead of groaning. Expend the effort and have every day be a day of persistent joy along with the desire to improve.
Faith:
-Faith is the foundation, the rock to spiritual growth.
- Faith is used to overcome what seems impossible.
-Faith is a belief in yourself, trusting in your own intuitive self. Believe the truth within yourself. Act on that belief, be persistent, and follow through.
Divine Love:
-Create space for another to grow spiritually.
-Have compassion for others.
-Divine love is an energy that is always present.
-Open your awareness to it.
-It's always there.
-Meditate to still your mind and keep out chaotic thoughts, and tune in to divine love.
-A vital force that lives in everything, and never ceases.
-A powerful energy beyond human understanding.
-It cannot be denied, and overcomes all fear.
Acceptance:
- Accept things for what they are. Acceptance is not an easy concept because society is not very accepting of things.
-Don't judge. Say you don't like it, but accept it as it is. This doesn't mean you condone it.
- Separate the act from the person.
-Accept people for who they are, but not necessarily agree with what they did.
-Accept that it doesn't matter what others think about you. You don't need to be accepted by other people.
-You are powerful beyond human belief.
Forgiveness:
-Faith is necessary for inner peace.
-Write down all the people in your life, both past and present that you have difficulty with.
-Go through forgiveness every day until there is no one left to forgive.
-Forgive yourself. Having hate and resentment for something within yourself will prevent you from finding the peace of forgiving others.
-Allow others not to be perfect.
Harmony:
-Go out to nature and spend some time being with the harmony that is there.
-Join a band and play an instrument, practicing harmony in a way that you see how your part of the playing gives harmony to the rest.
-Use meditation to bring you to awareness.
Wisdom:
-Wisdom can be found within yourself. It is something that comes to you, but you didn't know it was there; a sense of something.
-Wisdom also comes from spiritual masters of the past: bibles, religious texts, and sacred writings.
-Wisdom comes through meditation. You receive it when you least expect it.
-Allow the innate wisdom that you have run your life. Open your world to an awareness of wisdom.
Using these powerful strategies for understanding the benefits of inner peace will remove the fear of the future. Fear is caused by lack of knowledge. Understanding will lead you closer to peace. It will allow you to take a different path and look at what is possible. The possibilities are endless. Move yourself forward with the right choices and remove the fear that controls you.
