Physical fitness is a result of regular physical activity, proper diet and nutrition, and proper rest for physical recovery within the parameters allowed by the genome. Mental and emotional health as an important part of overall fitness. If a person is not mentally fit or is distrubesd then that person is not termed as a healthly or a fit person. It is percieved that a fit person tends to live a happy and healthy life.
Exercise is termed as physical activity that is performed to maintain fitness and health. Combined with proper nutrition, moderate-intensity exercise is an important element in any woman’s efforts to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, regular physical activity has proven effective in preventing and controlling many medical conditions, especially osteoporosis that is a common ailment found among the people who have desk jobs or less active lifestyle.
Cardio activity, which relies on the body’s large muscles, increases a person’s heartbeat and breathing rate. Experts recommend that people engaged in cardio activity for about 30 minutes a day, at least five days per week. Strength training or weight-bearing exercises enable you to strengthen your muscle group by performing a series of repeated movements. Strength training exercises can be performed using free weights, weight machines, elastic bands or everyday household items such as water bottles.
Physical activity or exercise helps patients control glucose (blood sugar), blood pressure, weight and cholesterol. It assists in preventing a host of disorders including diseases of the heart, eyes, nerves and kidneys. Kit is advised everybody to meet their physicians before starting any sort of exercise program to be on the safer side as he or she will guide you that which kind of exercises are safest and most appropriate.
