Some of the more common favorites include: Mangoes, Strawberries, Bananas and Blueberries When you mix these different combinations you'll come out with something that the whole family can enjoy. You might even get your children on board to becoming healthier all the time. Smoothies are known to be delicious and smooth as it is, so you shouldn't have a hard time convincing everyone. Just remember that smoothies are only as good as the recipes, so it's a good idea to study and compare different recipes as a starting place for coming up with your own recipes.
