Tomato Soup Surprise

Okay, can you guess what the surprise is in this soup? If you said peanut butter, you’re right! If you’re in the mood for something different, this soup hits the spot.

1 (10-3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1-1/3 cups milk
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
Additional cheddar cheese


In a saucepan, combine tomato soup and peanut butter. Stir in milk gradually. Add cheese. Cook soup and keep stirring until peanut butter and cheese is melted. Heat soup all the way through. Sprinkle extra cheese as a garnish.
