These are Some of the Easy Appetizers That are Quick to Make

An appetizer means a starter food or drink that is usually served for stimulating the appetite before a meal or also offered as the first course. A simple, an easiest and an attractive way of serving the guests in your house is to serve them with appetizers. Sometimes, appetizers may consume your time for preparing them, whereas some are very easy to prepare and serve. Preparing a complete meal does not require now spending your whole day. You can make simple appetizers in just an hour or two.

Appetizers have become an important food for any occasion. It dashes away your party and increases the hunger for more food. There are many different types of easy appetizers such as Italian Appetizers, Mexican Appetizers, French Appetizers, etc.

Some Recepies of Simple and Easy appetizers

* Potatoes- deep-fry the potatoes in oil till it gets a golden color. Then serve these potatoes in a dish garnished with red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat Masala. Pour some mint and tamarind chutney over it and decorate it with coriander leaves.

* Asparagus Omelet- steam the eggs and then whisk them along with grated cheese, pepper and salt in a bowl. Then in another bowl fry the pieces of bacon and onion till golden brown. Add asparagus and cook well. Spread this mixture in a skillet and pour the egg mixture on it. Then cook till the eggs become soft from both the sides. Serve the asparagus omelet hot.

* Blue Cheese Dip- fry the cheese in a low fat yogurt and then mix it with the Blue cheese, Tabasco sauce, salt, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Serve this mixture with crispy crackers.

* Chicken Lollypop- beat eggs in a bowl and add breadcrumbs, corn flour ajinomotto, salt and white pepper. Stir them well in a fine batter. Then mix chicken wings to it. Deep fry these chicken wings in a pan one at a time till they golden brown. Your Chicken lollipop is ready t be served.

* Corn Balls- take some butter in a pan and seethe the flour for sometime. Add milk and cook it till it becomes thick. Add cheese, potatoes, corn, chillies, coriander, paneer, coriander to the sauce. Along with salt and pepper. Make balls. The flour should be mixed thoroughly in 2 teacups of water. Dip these balls in the flour paste and roll them in the breadcrumbs. Deep fry them and the cornballs are ready to be eaten.

* Beer Biscuits- grate the butter and mix it well to combine it. Then take some beer and stir the bitter in beer till it gets moistened, put the dough evenly into lightly greased muffin pans, fill them completely and then bake it at 450 degrees F for about ten minutes. The biscuits turn golden brown in color are delicious to taste.

These are some of the easy appetizers that are quick to make and very sure to impress the one for whom it is prepared. Try them at home. They are not time consuming and you can prepare them when you feel tired to cook your regular meal.
