The Magic portion for men.
The combination these powerful natural herbs will definitely make you last longer in bed

1) Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia)
A small tree found in Malaysia and Indonesia. It is used as a relief for a variety of ailments and locals in Southeast Asia are convinced that it can improve desire and sexual initiation.

  • Tongkat Ali is Asia's number one libido tonic
It has been used for centuries as a very potent aphrodisiac for fatigue, loss of sexual desire and impotence. It has been shown to enhance sexual prowess and virility as well as increase strength and power during sexual activity. By increasing androgenic effects and dramatically increasing testosterone, Tongkat Ali increases sexual arousal and motivation and frequency of sexual activity.

  • This supplement supports a long term overall healthy sexual drive and function in men and enhances the rigidity of erections.

2) Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium Sagittatum)
A hardy perennial reported to have aphrodisiac qualities. This affect was allegedly discovered by a Chinese goat herder who noticed sexual activity in his flock after they ate the weed.

  • Used to restore sexual desire in both men and women, this supplement stimulates sensory nerves and helps restore low levels of both thyriod and testosterone hormone back to normal.
  • Horny Goat Weed has been used to treat impotence, increases sperm production and enlarges the male part.

3) Tribulus terrestris
A flowering plant native to southern Europe, southern Asia, throughout Africa, and in northern Australia. Tribulus terrestris has long been used as a tonic and aphrodisiac in Indian ayurveda. It is a natural testosterone booster used for building muscle and increasing sexual desire and fantasies. Tribulus terrestris stimulates secretion of sex steriods from the gonads, increases sperm motiliy and raises joy and pleasure levels in sexual activity in both fertile and infertile men.

4) Lepidium meyenii (Maca)
A herbaceous biennial or annual plant native to the high Andes of Peru. Maca only grows at high altitudes from 2000 to 4000 metres.

  • Maca root powder is comprised of approximately 18% protein, 76% carbohydrates, 5% fat, and 1% fiber.
  • Maca root is considered a very potent aphrodisiac and a traditional fertility secret of populations living in the Andes. It is loaded with minerals like zinc, iodine, and essential fatty acids. Maca may balance sex hormones and improve mood. With a healthy mood and balanced hormone levels, arousal is usually much easier to achieve.
  • Because maca can help increase energy and stamina, many people like to consume it before exercising. There is no particular recommended serving size. You can start with 1 tablespoon daily (in powder form) and work their way up to 2-3 tablespoons later in the day.
  • Maca Side Effects
Maca does not generally produce harmful side effects. It has been safely consumed for thousands of years. However, physicians believe that maca should not be consumed by people who rely on hormone-altering medications for treatment of illnesses like breast cancer or prostate cancer, for example, or for other serious conditions. People who have high blood pressure are also advised to not consume maca.

5) Ginkgo (Ginkgo Biloba)
A unique tree with no close living relatives.

  • Ginkgo extract increases blood flow to most tissues and organs, including the male part. Naturally, blood flow treats circulation problems of impotence.
  • It also helps to correct atheroscerosis, hypertension and depression, absentmindedness and memory problems. Ginkgo also protects against oxidative cell damage from free radicals and it blocks many of the effects of PAF (platelet aggregation, blood clotting) that have been related to the development of a number of cardiovascular, renal, respiratory and CNS (Central Nervous System) disorders.
  • Recommended dosage is usually 40 milligrams three to four times a day. Treatment may be needed for a few weeks before positive results can be fully appreciated. Most manufacturers have pills that contain 40 or 60 mg of ginkgo but it is best to start with 40mg pill a day. Best taken early in the day, and no later than afternoon. Those who take more than one pill may notice adverse reactions.
  • Ginkgo biloba side effects
The most common effects are stomach or intestinal complaints, headache, and allergic skin reactions. Sometimes it can cause shallow sleep if taken late in the evening. Heart palpitations can occur with dosages higher than 40 mg.

Do consult a doctor before taking any natural herbs especially if you have a health issue or are on medications.
