Eczema on Face - Create a Gorgeous Face

By: Janet Simpson

When I was a teenager and still at school all of my girl friends had gorgeous faces. A couple had spots but on the whole their skin was smooth. They did not suffer with eczema. They did not feel embarrassed when talking to a member of the opposite sex.

I, on the other hand suffered with scratching fits. I would scratch away and rip my skin apart. I did this on my arms, and on my face. Sometimes there was not too much damage.

Other times I would scratch my face and skin so hard that it would ooze blood. When this happened I did not want to be confronted with any one yet alone a boy.

If I knew then what I know now, I could have made things easier for myself.

You see, I would encounter an itchy fit when I eat something that did not agree with my skin or if I was exposed to some chemical or fumes.

What I've learned since then is that by using foods as medicine, I could heal my skin, reduce the itching and create a gorgeous face.

Here are some of the foods that worked like medicines to your skin. There were no ill effects. They healed, rejuvenated and strengthen my blood, skin and immune system.

The more you eat the better it is for your body, health and skin.

#1 - Onions: Onions are antiseptic, anti-spasmodic and antibiotic in nature. Onions reduce spasms in asthma and remove heavy metals and parasites of the skin.

#2 - Parsnips: These are diuretic in nature and support kidneys and spleen. They detoxify and cleanse the body - excellent for eczema. They also improve bowel action.

#3 - Potatoes: Potato juice is very cleansing and they benefit the liver and muscles and provide the body with slow energy.

#4 - Spinach: These have anti-cancer properties and regulate blood pressure. Spinach also boosts the immune system and supports bone health.
