Eczema Diet - Create a Healthy Eczema Diet

There are a few foods that if consumed on a regular basis will work wonders on your eczema skin.

Some foods have the ability to cleanse, or tonify, or detoxify. Some foods support various systems such as the kidneys, liver, heart and immune system.

If you eat a food that is good for one part of your body, it will more than likely have a positive effect on another part of your body.

Most of the foods that work wonders on your body and skin are of the fruit and vegetable variety. They are made up of a lot of water. But this is not ordinary water.

The natural water contained in fruit and vegetables is full of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

The more natural enzymes you consume, the better you will feel, the better your skin will heal and the younger and healthier you will look.

Try making at least 50 per cent of your daily foods up of organic fruit or vegetables.

#1 - BRUSSEL SPROUTS: These work as an antioxidant, anti-cancer and antibacterial agent. Brussel Sprouts also protect against breast and colon cancer.

#2 - CABBAGE: When eaten raw will detoxify the stomach and upper colon. Cabbage improves the digestion and stimulates the immune system. They also kill bacteria and viruses and are good for those suffering cancer.

#3 - CARROTS: Super detoxifiers, carrots are excellent for the health of the liver and digestive tract. Carrots help kidney function and kill bacteria and viruses.

#4 - CAULIFLOWER: These help purify the blood. Cauliflower is good for bleeding gums, kidneys and bladder disorders. Also excellent for high blood pressure, constipation and cancer.
