The best information you can find for curing your eczema is your own information.

What I mean here is if you are testing or experimenting with a new treatment you should register the effect of using the new treatment in a daily journal.

By keeping a journal you put down in words the little differences that occur in your skin or the way you feel on a daily basis.

Sometimes, for instance, if it is suggested that you eat a certain type of food, let's say a certain fruit, you may find that after two or three hours of eating that fruit, you have an urge to scratch your eczema skin in a frenzied manner.

By keeping a daily journals and monitoring the effects of new treatments, new foods and new cream, you will have written evidence that you can review.

Because I kept a journal on a daily basis, I noticed that whenever I eat a food which contained white flour, I would encounter a negative reaction. If I eat a biscuit or white bread I would experience an itchy fit and would scratch for about ten minutes non-stop.

You can imagine the damage that I created.

But after reviewing my journal on a regular basis I was able to eliminate all foods which contained white flour and removed one more obstacle to me being totally eczema free.

Keeping a daily journal does not have to be complicated.

Use an old spiral note book or loose-leaf binder. Start your daily entry by inserting the current date and time.

Every time you want to experiment with a new food or product make a note. Register how you feel, the time you take the new product or food and notice anything out of the ordinary that you encounter.

It is just as important to review your notes as it is to make them. You might notice a pattern and need to experiment on that specific pattern to confirm its existence.

Do you feel optimistic and calm after drinking a glass of vegetable juice which contains spinach?

You can ask yourself all sorts of questions and find the answers in your journal.
