Following the vegan way of life to the letter can prove to be very challenging.

But by adopting a lot of the principles and sticking to some of the old habits, you can benefits from a dramatically improved lifestyle and be totally free from ill-health.

Other benefits you will achieve include having more energy, feeling more optimistic and achieving higher self-esteem.

The foods you eat will still provide all the basic requirements of life, ie. Healthy renewal of cells, the provision of energy and the regulation of bodily processes.
