Refer-a-friend Bonus - This bonus is sort of like an affiliate program where you will receive a certain amount for referring a friend to sign up and deposit money with the online casino. Sometimes it is a flat rate and other times it can be a percentage of the deposit or even a percentage on their losses. This can add up rather quickly if you know some hefty gamblers.
Voting Bonuses - These bonuses are usually given for the casinos that want to rank higher in certain online casino review websites. They will offer you an incentive amount for you to go to the other site and give them a favorable ranking. The benefit to the online casino is that they look better and end up getting more clients in the future.
