Be Aware of Unfair Tos at Some Webhosting Companies

Did you know that you could loose money if you move from a web hosting company to another because of there TOS?!
Did you read it when you signed up?
Did you liked there TOS?!

If you did not like it, you can make petitions to govern from any country and worldwide organizations that can protect you from UNFAIR TOS's.
Are some webhosting companies that make money if you agree there TOS and buy the service from them based on the small prices that they have.
They take at least 33.33% of your money for offering you exactly nothing because that is wrote in there TOS.
Let's take an example.
You rent a dedicated server for 1 month.
You could pay from 30 dollars to 8000 dollars if it is a high speed web server.
If you find a better offer and want to not continue to use there service next month you must inform them before the new billing cycle with 10 days in advance.
If in their TOS it is wrote also that they will terminate your account in the same business day you don't have time to move to other web hosting company, you could not even test there service for the rest of time THAT YOU PAID for, because that is wrote in the TOS.
If you submit cancellation on 20th of the month, they delete your files and for the rest of 10 days you can't access the service that you paid for ONLY because you don't want to use there service anymore.

From 21 to 30, in a month with 30 days, is 33.33% of your money.
When one company has such TOS there is no problem, but when a lot of them start using it is a problem for you.
What company to choose when they start doing a think like a coalition not signed of course between them to force you to remain with them after you bought the first package.
What could happen if you paid the service in advance?!
Would you get any amount of money paid in advance?!
Find and read this kind of TOS and see if you get anything, and something else, do screen captures, after there ticketing system receive your cancellation you may can not access your tickets to take some proofs of what they said and what you said.
What could you do after Data centers would start using this kind of TOS that could take money from you if you plan to move your dedicated server from them?!
This is a big problem.
Someone must take action.
If you do not like this kind of TOS, contact minister of justice from your country and all the organizations that protect your consumer rights.
Is normal to use a 10 days in advance notification because they need time to analyze what marketing budget need to recover from lost customers, but the ending of the service based on the TOS, that is legal in the present it is unfair.
But are companies that don't need 10 days in advance notification.
I consider such TOS unfair, but this is my opinion, from your point of view might be fair.
Budget for marketing should be included in price that all client's pay.
If a client is not satisfied because of the quality of the service it should not be put to pay because wants to go to other company by this way, at least 33,33% from his money to pay for no service because this are the terms of service.
The absence of competitivity, should be a problem that reflects on the webhosting company as a penalty for not satisfying clients, not a cost for the client.
