Therefore the use of cell phone on the road puts many lives in mortal danger and is very dangerous. It hence can be concluded that the cell phone usage on the road is highly unethical and should not be practiced.

Furthermore, authorities should also make people aware about the usage of cell phone in driving and should declare a certain penalty to the ones who violate it.
