A unique and popular service offered by Orange is 'Magic Number'. This entitles the customer to an unlimited amount of free calls to a chosen person on the Orange UK network. To encourage loyalty, customers are able to add an additional number every month which is great if all of your friends and family are on the same network.
Due to the recent acquisition of Wanadoo Broadband, Orange has began to offer a free broadband connection on the majority of its plans, all customers are left to cover is the initial setup and activation charges.
Dolphin - Unlimited weekend texts
This tariff plan is targeted at those customers who mainly use text messages as a way to communicate with others. There are many different plans, which still include voice calls and cost between ?20 and ?35 per month.
Racoon - Unlimited weekend calls to landlines
This tariff plan is dedicated to those customers who regularly call landlines, keeping in touch with family or friends. For those users who want to make the odd call during the week, they will only have to pay around 12p per minute or 35p if they are calling another UK network. There are several plans available, costing between ?25 and ?35 per month.
Canary - Your choice of unlimited anytime benefits
This tariff plan is similar to that of Racoon and enables users to make free calls to others users on the Orange UK network in the evenings and at the weekend, in addition to being able to send free text messages. There are only two tariffs currently available on this plan, costing ?30 and ?40 per month.
Panther - Your choice of unlimited weekend benefits
This tariff plan gives users the option to choose which service they use the most, benefiting from either unlimited texts or calls to orange UK customers and landlines. Although these tariffs start at ?45 through to ?75 per month, you will receive 50 more minutes and text than the other types of tariffs. One major benefit of these plans is that you will receive access to premier customer service, helping to solve any problems or if you have any queries relating to your handset and bills.
