People Hate Cell Phone Companies

Mobile phone has become an essential tool for a person. Communication is a subject, which need continuous attention towards users and serviceability of the system involved in communication network. Since mobile phone is a part and partial of our society and any break in its service causes a great inconvenience to its user. That is the reason people get annoy immediately when they found that their mobile phone set or the connectivity has any problem. Mobile phone user directly blames the company.

Mobile phone companies are also making things quite difficult for their customers. They have chosen to trouble their customers on one or other reason. We can analyse it with few examples, how these companies are doing wrong: one- by threatening a customer not to extend their years old contract, two- by sending them outrageously higher bill, three- by not being transparent in terms and condition of billing. Taxes and other levies are charged arbitrarily from customers. A highly skilled marketing person or consultant who had a detailed survey to bring profit for the company by hiding top lines designs these features. Of course marketing persons are right in their place being faithful to their jobber.

But there is problem with customer also, a customer does not read between the lines before finagling the deal. And finally customer feels angry as he is locked into a misguided plan. It is need that the government should step in and formalize regulations for the companies to afresh the customer with genuine information. A company should be fair to the customers since customer provides bread and butter to the company. It is like cutting the same branch of a tree on which cutter he is sitting. A company can provide an additional and favorable valued service to a customer with a little or no additional cost. Company should trust its customer in the same way as company wanted to be trusted. Customer and company is mutually related.

If the customer is provided with good service it will definitely pay the company. The customer will reward the service of the company by referring it to many more such customers. And in long term it will bring good fruit to all for the company as well as for the customer. The loyalty of the company towards its brand is missing in the mobile phone sector presently. Therefore customers are jumping left or right with their problems. That is the reason that customer keep slipping from one company to other frequently. Short-term gain brain of mobile phone companies is able to win the battle but it is sure that these companies will lose the war.
