Nokia N80: Smartphone for Smart People

With more hype and anticipation, the Nokia N80 finally launched in the mobile market. Its a Smartphone and incorporates advanced features. Built on slider technology, the phone looks good and resembles with those previous models of Nokia, the Nokia 6280 and Nokia 6111. Most of the N series phones are bulky but thankfully, the Nokia N80 is one of the lightest phones weighing only 134g.

The slider mechanism of the phone is not as good as Samsung but its good. As the phone is powered by 3G technology therefore, it has some obvious advantages over non 3G phones. The phone is equipped with advanced software, rich functionality and fast seamless connectivity. Built on Symbian OS (Series 60 3rd Edition), the phone lets you download other phone applications.

The Nokia N80 has one of the best LCD displays at 262k colours and 352 x 416 pixels resolution. And with a 3.0 mega-pixel camera with up to 20x digital zoom, the phone ensures excellent picture quality. With another video camera, users can capture video footage or can enjoy video calling. Video calling is a feature that allows users to talk and view the person you are talking to.

As all the N series phones are multimedia rich, so the Nokia N80. The phone comes with an advanced media player including playlists. Download your favourite music tracks and enjoy brilliant sound quality. The phone is also loaded with FM radio with visual radio support - you can tune in to your favourite radio station, interact with them or request for music albums and tickets.

The Nokia N80 provides connectivity ease. It comes with Bluetooth and infra-red. In addition, the phone has a wireless LAN - provides fast connectivity with any compatible PC's for copying pictures and video clips. And 3G connectivity ensures fast internet access.
