The stylish LG KE850i is a high-end tri-band GSM fashion phone. LG co-developed this device with the prestigious Prada fashion house. It has a minimalist design with rounded corners and a touch of silver at its sides. The device comes with a touch-screen interface. Its 3-inch 256K colours TFT touchscreen presents you with stunning displays. The screen has a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels.

It weighs 85 gm and measures 98.8 x 54 x 12 mm. Its phonebook can store upto 1000 entries. Its phonebook has room for 4 telephone numbers, email address and memos for each entry. It shows you a record of 40 missed, 40 dialled and 40 received calls. It has 256 MB of in-built memory which can be expanded further by using a microSD memory card. The phone has a 2 mega-pixels camera which is equipped with a Schneider Kreuznach lens. Its Document Viewer supports popular file formats like .ppt, .doc, .xls, .pdf and .txt. The device is equipped with a standard Li-Ion mAh battery that has a talktime of upto 3 hrs. and a standby time of upto 300 hrs.

The camera is equipped with features like self-timer, white balance settings and a choice of shutter sounds. Its built-in camcorder comes with settings similar to that of a still camera. Its music player supports popular music formats like MP3, WAV, AAC and AAC++. Its video player can play MP4 file formats. The device has support for Bluetooth 2.0 and stereo headsets. It also supports predictive T9 input and conference calling. The device has a 3-inch 256K colour QVGA display.

The LG KE 850i Prada is the epitome of style and elegance. The device is decked out in a lightweight piano-black shell. The fashion phone comes with a hard leather case with an embossed Prada logo. It has a camera lens on the back which is complete with a self-portrait mirror and flash. An angelic choir announces the arrival of voice-mail into the device. The cameraphone has very few physical buttons as it is equipped with a gorgeous touch-sensitive menu interface. The device looks like a miniature version of a fancy plasma TV or a piece of high-class contemporary art. It can well be termed as as the Ferrari of phones that performs well both on the tracks and the streets.
