How we move through life, our celebrations and our disappointments are KEY.? I want you to know it’s not what happens to you that is the highlight of the moment, its how you handle “the moment."? I remember when I decided to launch my business after facing a corporate layoff.? Truly there was some fear of stepping out on my own, being able to sustain my lifestyle and becoming a CEO, leading a company, impacting the lives of others.? I knew that having a thriving business that inspired people to live their vision and take action was my passion. At the time, it was not clear to me what my next step would look like, or, how I was going to make a lot of money doing so.? Today, I enjoy a thriving virtual business reaching an international client base and a high income that allows me the flexibility live my life the way I envisioned.?

What were the key components that guided me and still guide me even today?? I spend more of my time asking questions that will cause me to look for solutions rather than dwelling on the problems, fears or doubts.?

Ask yourself the following: How do “I feel" right now?

How do I “want" to feel right now?

What do I “need to know" to generate that feeling?

What “can I do" about it right now?

***My coaching request is that you ask yourself out loud, so you can clearly hear what comes up for you.? Use this exercise in about 3 different scenarios in your life or work situations.? See how asking questions that make a positive impact and shift automatically causes you to look for the solutions.? This is powerful, and useful in ANY situation.? Feel free to email me your responses.??

See you tomorrow!? Love and Live your VISION.

Your Coach,

NatashaPS.
