Sony Ericsson K810i - Make Shooting More Stylish..

By: Alice Erin

Be it K750i's auto focus, or K800i's flash, there is always something interesting to find in a Sony Ericsson 'K' series mobile phone. And the latest to create ripples in the market, is the Sony Ericsson K810i. The handset is basically an upgraded version of its predecessor (the Sony Ericsson K800i), with some enhanced features and mainly aesthetic changes.

In tune with the glossy handsets that has been deluging the market, the Sony Ericsson K810i comes wrapped with a glossy front section. The handset also adds an innovative keypad that features small circular silver keys. On one hand, while this experiment makes the handset stand apart in its genre, it also makes the operation of the keypad a little problematic. The keys of the handset are small and too far apart. Another change that comes with the Sony Ericsson K810i is that it is 5mm slimmer now, with new and improved camera cover.

Talking about camera, the Sony Ericsson k810i promises a great imaging experience, just as the others under the genre. The handset includes the same camera application, with no major changes in software and hardware. It features the same 3.2 MP camera, with auto-focus and a xenon flash. The users can take still pictures and videos, edit the snaps and share pictures through MMS, email or blogs. There is also the benefit of BestPic mode, where nine photos are taken in quick succession when you press the shutter button. This feature comes as an advantage, specially when capturing a moving object. The only change in the software could be a feature called Photo Fix. This feature automatically adjusts light balance, brightness and contrast.

Other features of the Sony Ericsson K810i remains same. It features a Bluetooth and a support for A2DP, music player, 3G and infrared, Memory Stick Micro M2 slot, support for IMAP4 email accounts and POP3, an RSS feed reader, an FM radio and a Web browser.
