LG U400 Mobile Phones

By: Keith Rickwood

LG was among the late starters in the music mobile scene. When they realized that everyone except them had music phones in the market. To penetrated the already saturated music phone market they needed a music phone that gives its user something unique other than 'regular' music features. With the LG U400, they have managed to do exactly the same.

The LG U400 is a mobile DJ phones aimed at the turntable junkies and wannabes. The most compelling DJ feature of the LG U400 is its scroll wheel, that allows you to make 'scratching' effects to any track you're playing on the media player. There are some other DJ effects to mess around with. The integrated media player supports Mp3, AAC, WMA and MPEG4 formats. A2DP Bluetooth support means you can enjoy your music wirelessly on a pair of Bluetooth headphones other than the built in speakers.

Uniqueness of the LG U400 is spilled over to its design as well. Starting with the off center scroll wheel and calling keys that looks more like design elements, the LG U400 looks to break conventional pattern of mobile phone designing. The scroll wheel also works similar to that of an iPod when you're not mixing 'noise'. The slider looks ultra sleek in its shiny black casing with hint of deep blue in the design.

The LG U400 has a 2.0 megapixel digital camera with video capabilities to satisfy your imaging needs. The secondary integrated VGA resolution camera is primarily used for taking part in video calls across UMTS networks. Built in 3G technology of the LG U400 makes it possible to 'see and show' during a telephone call. In absence of 3G networks, you can enjoy fast data connectivity through EDGE and GPRS. The handset also supports triband GSM networks that operates across five continents.

The set of LG U400's music and other features should be very popular among the young crowds across the world.
