Reports and returns be submitted in time
In the present age and in this civil life, we are attached with the state, in one way or the other. We could be Income Tax Payee, Excise duty or Excise tax, we are to pay Life Insur4ance premium, we are to pay local taxes and similarly we shall be bound to file our reports and return in time and we know if those reports and returns are not filed in time, the state shall be imposing some penalties. There may be a notice which has been received by us and we are still to file a reply to that notice. All these items shall be creating tension in our mind. Therefore, it has become most necessary that we should write down all these due dates on a paper or on a hard paper and hang the same in our room so that on each first of the month we shall be checking this list and shall make it sure that all reports and returns due in this month shall be prepared and sent to the concerned headquarters without any delay.
This delay shall cause us penalty or some sentence even.
You may be having some servants duly appointed for this purpose. that is good, but it does not mean that you should sleep over these matters. sometime it becomes your duty to make it sure that the servants are performing their duties to your entire satisfaction and they are sending all reports and returns in time.
All these are pending works and are creating burden on our mind. But if those are sent we are satisfied and we are at peace. Therefore, we should try to avoid all these un-necessary tensions if we are maintaining a chart of reports and returns and we are making it sure that all reports are sent in time. therefore, we must know what type of works and pending works or other items are creating tension, pressures and problems in our mind and it is our duty to make it sure that we are doing all these items of work in time and thus saving ourselves from these undesired tensions and pressures. It is easy to work and send the return, but it becomes difficult to bear the burden when those reports and returns are not submitted in time and when we did not deposit the amount and thus lost a huge payment from the insurance authority.
