LG U830: Flavor of Chocolate, Power of 3G

Taking cues from the award winning design of the LG Chocolate, the latest offering, the LG U830 is dressed to kill in a sleek piano black clamshell design. Distinctively designed and finished in high quality mirror finished materials is well complimented by unfussy and sensible design inside. The handset is surrounded by a silver edging and a checkerboard patterned keyboard is very stylish to look at but importantly, very convenient to use. The LG U830 comes in as a nice break from the common notion that a designer phones are compromised in features.

The LG U830 also packs a lot of punch when it comes to features. This 3G outfit is capable of video calling and have a dedicated secondary camera for this purpose. The 2.0 mega pixel main camera captures moments in actual colors and hues. Other than advanced features like zoom and flash, the camera is also equipped with video capabilities. An Image editor also finds its place in the feature list. The LG U830 have a built in MP3/AAC/AAC+ player that plays your favorite tunes in clear and powerful sounds. The dedicated touch sensitive media control further spice up your musical experience. The media player also supports playback of videos that are captured or downloaded. The handset have 180 MB internal user memory to carry your world with you.

The LG U830 is an HSDPA device. So it can achieve amazing download speed on 3G network making the handset a perfect tool for video calling and video streaming. In case of absence of 3G network, GPRS technology completed with WAP 2.0/xHTML browser of the LG U830 comes in to rescue. Synchronization and transfer of data through Blue tooth and USB is supported as well. Though the LG U830 is not as iconic as the original slider Chocolate, it is still probably one of the best looking 3G clamshells on the market.
