The UK network operator T-Mobile have just released a new version of the popular MDA Touch simply called the T-Mobile MDA Touch Plus.
This new PDA phone includes some new technology and a slightly different design to the older model as well as being slimmer but does feature some of the best technology first found in the T-Mobile MDA Touch.

This phone is actually manufactured by a company called HTC and its original model name is the HTC Touch Dual which is available on O2 and Orange after being launched some weeks ago. T-Mobile have rebranded the handset and incorporated their own network platform aswell as T-Mobile services and network logo.

Utilising TouchFlo technology, users can control 3D images, browse through emails, messages and music files by literally swiping their fingertip across the screen in the desired direction.
Multimedia features include a 2 mega pixel camera, digital zoom and video capture & playback, a secondary front mounted camera dedicated to video calling and a Music Player that support both MP3 and AAC audio file formats.

Gaining 3.5G HSDPA connectivity, the T-Mobile MDA Touch Plus is the successor of the MDA Touch and available on Orange and Vodafone as the HTC Touch Dual variant and on O2 as the O2 XDA Star version.

Touch a button and a discreetly hidden '16 key' keyboard, with SureType text entry, elegantly slides from underneath the 2.6 inch touch screen, of which comes complete with handwriting recognition and stylus control.

Synchronise your device with your PC via a USB connection or transfer files and images via Bluetooth to a compatible device anywhere within a 10 metre radius.

Including Live HTC Home, emails, missed calls, messages, weather reports and more can be viewed at the touch of a button.

Although this new model has lost the WiFi facility it has added the 3.5g connectivity for fast download and browsing speeds, the hidden keypad makes for an easy way to enter text whilst the slimmer design now fits into most suit pockets.

Altogether the new T-Mobile MDA Touch Plus is a great mobile office solution that will keep busy professionals in touch with the latest information.
