Members of the Family

Members of the family
When we are head of the family, it is our duty to see that we are able to maintain the family. And when we talk of maintenance of family, we must ensure that each member is getting what he or she wants in life. Most of us are satisfied when we provide provisions for the kitchen and for the house and the members who are in the house are ignored. very few of us talk to our people in the house and try to understand what they desire, what are their wishes and aspirations in life. Even we ignore their wishes when we are selecting a profession, trade, calling and employment for them and at times we ignore the aptitude of the child.
It is our duty to provide proper education, proper training to the child, but while choosing his profession, trade, calling and employment for them, we should have a thorough study of their interest and aptitude and if need be we should consult some expert in the line. We should not be in a hurry and we must be alive when our child is reaching the eighth class because here he or she shall need selection of subjects and therefore, he or she must be having the subjects which shall be the base for his further study and choice of training course.
Here in India the people are poor and that is the reason they are not in a position to take care of their children.

They are at school and they just 3 Rs and nothing more and then they are before the Employment Exchanges. When they are asked to explain the job for which they are applying, they are not in a position tell in what trade or calling their names be registered. This is the tragedy and therefore, the father who is the head of the family must be alive and he must take care of his children. If the father had been suffering in his life, he should not see that his children should also suffer the same fate. The father must try to change the course of life from here and must see that what he himself could not attain in life, his children must attain those targets and therefore, he must put all his labour and energy to put the track right.
People in India had been suffering for generations only because their parents had been taking revenge from them. they had been suffering because of the faults and follies of their parents and they had been taking revenge from their children and therefore, we had been increasing the number of illiterate people, untrained people, poor people, unemployed people, people who are living in mud houses, people who are not wearing clothes but rags, people who are begging and are on the road as drug addicts, opium eaters and drunkards. The present generation must try to take care of the family and they must see that this is the most appropriate time when they should start on the right path without any further delay.
To day we are passing through the age of science and technology and therefore, we must see that our children go ahead and should not suffer like us. We must work and if need be, we should take help from the state and other financial institutions and must see that from this stage, we shall be on the right path. We had been noting that the state itself could not change the style of life and we are still from where we started in 1947. Most of the people are still illiterate, untrained, unemployed, poor, living in mud houses, living in huts, are wearing rags, are beggars are not having suitable living accommodations, are not in a position to have proper treatment when then are ill and therefore, there seems no chance of improvement in their life style. The head of the families shall have to concentrate on the members of their families and they should not depend upon the state or others. They have already wasted six decades and therefore, this ignorance should be stopped and we must have an eye on the improvement of each member in the family and this must start without any further delay.
