If you are on a business trip in Sacramento and are looking for a nice place to dine, then this city will not disappoint you because it has numerous enclaves that specialize in sophisticated French, Continental and Californian cuisine. With fine-dining restaurants springing up at a fast pace, you can get any type of food you want to treat your taste buds with. Sacramento, famous for Grass Valley's pastries, flaky crusts with vegetable and meat stuffing and the delicacies that are remnant of the Cornish Gold Miners of 19th century are simply amazing.

Sacramento has its share of food chains from steakhouses and burger joints to seafood venues, but if you do not want to get confused then you can go to the following dining places during your business trip:

Lucca is considered to be one of the most popular spots to have a business lunch. This is one dining place famous for welcoming diners with an intimate and warm ambience. This dining spot is another favorite among the business travelers and it is located between the Hyatt Regency and Sheraton Grand hotel. This is popular among the local politicians and guarantees a hot meal in a great ambience. You can enjoy a pre meal cocktail at the bar or even relax in the patio outside.

Mason's Restaurant:

One of the most elite dining spots in downtown Sacramento, Mason's restaurant has a sophisticated menu and the service they offer is outstanding and very prompt. The menu in this restaurant focuses on seasonal and fresh produce and is changed daily to take advantage of what is available.

Biba:

This dining spot attracts diners from all over the world, whether for a business lunch or dinner or for pleasure. The famous television host and cookbook author Biba Caggiano owns it and tries to flaunt an urban flair to authentic and traditional Italian dishes, in an ambience that is adorned with minimal modern art.

Frank Fat's:

This eating spot was opened more than six decades ago and till today it is one of the most famous dining options for local politicians, office workers and the elite of Sacramento. Just close to it is a parking garage, nightclub and bus station.

Spataro:

This is also a popular spot with business lunchers. The menu is extensive and offers seasonal delicacies, like most other Italian restaurants in Sacramento. Some of the famous dishes include beef carpaccio starter and polpettini. You can enjoy the Italian delicacies in true Italian style, with any one of the many Italian or California wines.
