Famous for the shipyards, City Of Bath Nc extends along the stunning Kennebec River and has got the status of the best small town of America. The history of Bath encompasses the evidence of great ship building efforts. Its maritime history is 400 years old when the very first ship was built and launched. It proudly announces the existence of world class Shipbuilder Bath Iron Works within its circumference. Maine Maritime Museum at the south end of the city is highly acclaimed by the tourists.
