For the art lovers, Amsterdam is a great place to visit. The city has a number of art galleries and museums. The Van Gogh Museum is a wonderful place to visit in Amsterdam. The museum houses one of the largest collections of van Gogh's paintings in the world. The museum offers a useful learning experience to the connoisseurs of the art, who gets and opportunity to keep track of the artist's developments, or compare his paintings to works by other artists from the 19-th century.
