British Restaurants are not for Vegetarians

By: Andrei Costenco
Several largest British restaurant networks were accused in not providing their clients with the information about the expiration date and the production location of the products from which the dishes are made. According to Ethical Consumer magazine, in small establishments this problem arises less frequently. The restaurants were appraised by the criteria of presence of organic, natural products, their quality and choice for vegetarians.

It came out that many owners claim, that the dishes are cooked of solely healthy ingredients, though they can not tell where these ingredients were produced. Some of them supplement their menus with one or two ecologically clean dishes, while all the others are nothing more, but fast-food. These are for example Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Wetherspoons and Pitchers & Piano restaurants. In accordance with the research results, the most honest restaurant is Loch Fyne, Guardian says. According to analysts, though the vegetarians are not the essential percent of public catering’s clientsHealth Fitness Articles, we should not disregard the fact that their rights are being prejudiced.
