Thread the button to the fabric with a bit of wire that is fine enough that it isn't unsightly, then use a bit of ribbon to make a loop from the button. These loops can then be used to hang the treatment from a curtain rod. Whatever way you choose to do your curtains, your only limitation is your creativity.
