Is it possible for a person to be fat but fit at the same time? Some people believe that no matter how hard you are doing the exercises every day, it will render you problem if you eat too much. This is because fat is basically no goof for our heart.

We always want to know if a overweight person can still be healthy if they exercise everyday. In fact, doing exercises for 15 minutes a day can make a fat person feel different. The blood pressure of the person will go down and the cholesterol levels will also drop. To this end there are people who even believe that you can be fat as long as you do not feel anything wrong. They tend to believe that if you have enough exercises, you will be healthy and it will be totally alright if you do not feel anything wrong when you are climbing up the stairs. As a matter of fact a lot of overweight people will have unpleasant feelings when they are climbing up the stairs. They will usually feel that their hearts are of extra burden when they are climbing up the stairs.

Yet some experts do not agree with the above. According to some researches, no matter how much exercising a fat person performs, the fact that he or she overweight will render risk to the health conditions. Of course the person will be healthier if they work out regularly. However, it will not lower the risk of heart attack and diabetes. This fact is totally opposite to the belief of many people. As a result, the experts will suggest overweight people should try to lose weight no matter they do exercises or not. Overweight is always a problem and a risk to the health of a person.

According to the researches mentioned, it is also find that people who do not work out regularly are also at risk. No matter a person is overweight of not, having little or no exercises will render problems to the health. In fact, we need to work out regularly so that our bodies can function properly.

To this end, you will know that you still need to work out even if you can keep a healthy weight. And this may probably explain why dieting alone is not a good way of losing weight. In order to lose weight healthily, once has to be careful about what he or she eats. And at the same time he / she should also try to do some exercises everyday.
