This is a substance when taken in excess quantities can harm the various systems of our body like digestive or excretory system.

While buying a creating supplement the buyer should be very vigilant as there are many companies which provide fake Creatine supplements which in turn harm the body. They are very expensive also so the person should have plenty of information about the supplement product before buying it. Some supplements contain synthetic Creatine and some more chemicals along with the Creatine substance. These supplements should be avoided.
