For example basic crunch, reverse crunch, or side crunch. They all are based on a very simple move. Lie on the floor and bend your knees. Place your hands behind your head or on your chest. It is up to you. However guys from our gym always hold their hands beside their head. I personally think that it works better. Than roll your upper torso forward. Don't forget to exhale. Then roll your torso backward. Repeat this simple move 30 times. You see - there is nothing difficult.
