You have to avoid this. You should eat only if you feel hungry! Of course it may not do you any harm for you to drink some water even if you do not feel thirsty. However, it will not be the case if you try to drink coke! Some people may even try to eat some candy when they feel tired. Yet you should take a rest when you get tired. Eating is not the way to improve the condition.
Never starve yourself. Some people will think that it is good for them when they are on diet. However, the truth is that you body will start store more energy when you feel starved. As a result, it will only put your more weight if you starve yourself. Therefore you must eat three meals a day, plus snacks consisting of fruit and vegetables. This is the best way to lose weight.
