Celebrities are a part and parcel of our lives today. We recognize with them so well that we feel for their pains and exalt at their success and their happiness. Every one of us aspires to be like our favourite celebrity. We try to immolate them in their lives. Everything starting from the way they walk, talk, live etc fascinates us and we try to imitate them in our lives. Many a times we even try to imitate some of the qualities that may not be congenial to us. But there are also instances when the imitation of the stars benefits the people in general to a great deal. Certain kinds of awareness are brought in by the celebrities especially the film stars and the sports stars.

One such very important awareness that has been ushered in by the celebrities is the craze of fitness. The metro sexual men of today are very much inclined to have a fit and sexy body with cuts and six pack abs. This mania has been generated by the upcoming film stars and sports stars.

Most of the boys today are keen to have bodies like Sylvester Stallone, Arnold, Matt Damon, Salman Khan etc. These stars are the role models for many and so the followers try to imitate them and try to acquire a body and physique that can match their favourite stars. In the process they work out to gain that figure and knowingly or unknowingly increase their fitness levels.

Not only the boys but even the girls are smitten by the fitness bug. More and more girls are going for the skinnier way imitating the stars that they love. Even the senior ladies are going in for weight loss and over all fitness because of they want to age beautifully. However in case of the girls certain checks should be adopted because they generally have a tendency to adopt unhealthy ways to lose weight. They literally starve and starving is a very unhealthy way of losing weight.

There are proper ways that need to be followed in order to effectively and healthily induce weight loss. There are certain rules that are required to be followed while going about any weight loss program. So do not go in for any and every regimen in order to have a physique which matches your favorite star's. It's very good to adopt a nice habit or quality but weight loss is not that simple a thing. Hence it should be carried out strictly as per the required circumstances. Whether its work out, dieting or taking , everything should be done under medical supervision. Especially when you order xenical or other weight loss pills, and include them in your weight loss regimen, medical supervision is required. Because like all drugs, too have side effects that may adversely affect the patient, if taken without proper medical supervision. So do not or other drugs without first getting a favorable prescription for the same.
