Weight Loss Which Diet is for You?

We all know that there are thousands of diets out there. But we all have things that work and things that don't. I know!! Some diets I joined I actually gained weight. So what works for you?

Lets look at sugar first. Sugar can make your blood levels rise rapidly our body then releases a natural hormone called insulin. This hormone keeps our sugar level stable but if we eat sugar and fatty foods all the time this hormone cannot cope. It will place fat into our body where we would rather not have it.

Ok we all know about sugar and fatty foods but it goes beyond that lets start to think about bread, Potato, Pastas, Rice these all expand when you add water don't they? Just think I used to eat these sorts of things to fill me up. Think about it!! To make bread you need water. To cook Potatos, pastas and rice you need water, well we can cook potatos in other ways but the point I'm making is these sorts of foods just keep expanding. 80% of our body is liquid even after we have consumed these foods they will continue to expand even in our stomach. So these sorts of food we need to avoid!

Diets are useless unless you don't have some sort of plan especially if you plan to do it your self .You will need certain focus to keep you going. Inspiration, motivation, and execution all of these are useless unless you have the desire to lose weight. So ask your self why do you want to lose weight what do you want to accomplish what size clothes do you want to fit into? There is only one person that can get the job done and that's you!!

So I here you say what diet is for you. Ask yourself what does your body react to! What foods do you like! What makes you put on weight. There is know magic pill that will make you lose weight. Well not yet anyway but what if there was do you think that it would be healthy. Heres my secret I joined a program and all I did was walk that's it. They told me what to eat and I just walked! First up 30 minutes in the morning and 30 in the afternoon for a week. Then 35 min and so on don't get me wrong if you follow the weight loss diet you will lose some weight. But the key is exercise. You may not even want to leave your home there are ways you can exercise at home while you watch TV. For instances buy a treadmill or exercise bike do some aerobics' really its up to you how you wish to exercise but the thing is you will need to do it. That's what its all about burning calories so please don't just join a weight loss program eat the food then sit on the couch be active once you start losing some of those kilos you'll have more energy people will start to notice that your losing weight and best of all you will feel so much better about yourself.
