Spring Break not for Armando Montelongo

By: Rex Arlington

Every year thousands of college students go to the beach and party and have spring break. Spring break is a time for the college youths to get a break from the classroom grind. But that's the young who are not concerned about their financial futures yet. Not so for folks like Armando Montelongo. The real estate market is a year round business and no spring breaks are included. Especially with the state of the housing market. For the people who are in the wealth building business or for those who buy and sell properties, the seasons or spring breaks don't mean anything.

The real estate market is an all year opportunity. Many will take be able to take advantage of the many sellers who want to sell their properties. The current real estate market is going through a time of high foreclosures. This will present a situation where the buyers can wheel and deal for good prices. The day has come when anyone can make good in real estate with some hard work and focus. An average person can build wealth and profit in real estate and can obtain a real estate coach for assistance.

Real estate is a year round sport and no spring break is needed to take a rest. You can make profit in real estate or flip houses all year round. If the market is a buyers market, the amount of properties available will be at high volume. This creates the classic supply and demand situation. When the housing market is a buyers market, prices will be low. This is an opportunity to buy low because you may have to sell low in a buyers market so how much you buy the property for originally will dictate your eventual profit. Don't take a spring break when there is real estate profit to be made.
