You do lots of Short sales Today
You do debt consolidation Loans
And you definitely do FHA Streamlined Mortgage Loans.
Everything I've said here made you feel like"yes that's what I do....oh, this Article is for me(you still reading it), I want to do all those things I read above", etc
The Real Estate and Mortgage Industry just have so much to offer even in a slow market.
People still buy Real estate Foreclosures, Short sales or just any deal that come across.
People also Refinancing their Homes to lower their interest Rates(Today most Loans become adjustable) or to take some money out(Most people out there are in debt, so they need money to cover the debt), some people that want to buy Real Estate Foreclosures or short sales, have a lot of Equity in they're Homes so you need these people to REFINANCE them, then help them to PURCHASE another REAL ESTATE and let them know to refer you to their friends.
99% of the people that will buy Real Estate from you, have another friend that want to buy too maybe because they were talking about it together or the idea just came up or they're in the same industry(the industry is about Real Estate), and sometimes people just like to copy others just to make them selves feel better about them selves.
Real Estate will always be number one no matter what, I know a lot of people feel somewhat unmotivated and discouraged, but to feel this way that's everything you need to get no where, to close the shop and move back Home.

Here this is not the case....Thank God.
Today to make it in the industry we need to go back 10 or 20 years ago when everything all started, we were only few Brokers out there that do Real Estate Selling and Buying, back then a Mortgage Broker or a Real Estate Broker(which is the same thing in some states) was considered a really good job, we make more then Doctors and Lawyers, we were like Movie Stars.
In the past 5 year from XX amount of Brokers, we turn to XXX,XXX,XX. It's became like a market, every person suddenly joined in, what happen?
Now it's going back to the normall, My wife said: "Look at all this mess like other companies are just opening more doors for you to go back to be a Movies Star"- That's very true, if we had XXX,XXX,XX and in the past year we're XXX,XX, that's much better. we have more opportunities, we have less competition, we're basically going back to the normal.
Remember - ONLY THE STORM WILL SURVIVE, and the Storm is you that is still reading this Article.
Go back to the old you or to the old techniques you've heard about from people at work or friends, Become everybody friend, today they need you, they don't have Joe Shmow from around the block, now they have only you because they know you're still in Business(keep it this way).
No body know that it's just a little storm now but later when it will pass, it will be much better then 3,4 years ago.
The Secret of this Article is REFERRALS, back in the day we were RICH from Referrals and today most of the money I'm making (and it's a lot still believe me), it's all from Referrals, this is why I'm writing FRIEND the way I do.
