By: RahulSabnis

Nerja - easy living!
Nerja is probably the most established town in the region east of Malaga, with narrow winding streets containing restaurants and shops.

You can sit at one of the many cafes and enjoy a cup of coffee or walk on the "BalcÃ?n de Europa" with spectacular panoramic views of the coast.

Nerja is located east of Malaga
Nerja lies on the coast approx. 50 kilometres east of MÃ?laga and the town is well connected to the airport via the new motorway.

Amazing caves
Nerja's main attraction is the fascinating caves, located about 3 kilometres from Nerja town centre and is very well signposted. One of the main caverns has been transformed into a concert hall, where many performances are staged during the summers. The biggest cavern has an enormous stone structure many metres wide. Everything is well lit up and easy to access on foot. The caves are closed for the siesta.

Burriana Beach
Golden beaches, restaurants and bars, diving centre and many other water sports make Burriana Beach one of the favourite destinations in the area. Divers will find some of the best underwater scenery here of anywhere along the southern coast.

Property in Nerja
Finding a property for sale in Nerja is not the easiest task. There are many great properties for sale in Nerja, but most of them are located in small gated communities with 20 - 100 properties. In the centre of Nerja, you can find apartments and penthouse apartments for sale. In the town, some of the properties have sea views, but many are located in the narrow winding streets, making it the perfect choice for those looking for a charming town house or apartment in Nerja.

Next town out is AlmuÃ?ecar
The main towns of Costa Tropical are La Herradura and AlmuÃ?ecar. This relatively unknown part of the coast line belongs to the province of Granada. The old town centre of AlmuÃ?ecar is rich in historical sites, and the heart of AlmuÃ?ecar is located around the Castillo San Miguel, which gives its name to the old quarter, "Castillo" or "San Miguel". The locals enjoy their traditions and fiestas to the full, and it is impossible to stay here and not fall into the same pace of life.
Museums in AlmuÃ?ecar has culture from the Bronze Age, the Phoenicians, the Romans, the Moors and the Christians, along with their artifacts, are to be found in the town's museums.
