Located just beyond the ancient village of Canggu on Bali's West coast, Villa Kedidi & Villa Kakatua are secluded from the bustling tourist areas. The distance to Ngurah Rai International Airport is a 40 minute drive and only 15 minutes from the many popular restaurants and shops of Seminyak. For the golf enthusiasts, the Nirwana Bali Golf Course - The Le Meridian Hotel and the famous Tanah Lot Temple are located nearby. Villa Kedidi & Villa Kakatua are 2 brand new villas situated side by side in a private walled compound amidst tropical landscaped gardens. On the east side the villas are surrounded by rice fields and distant volcano vistas, bordered on the south side by a quiet dead-end paved road just 100 meters away from Canggu Beach. To the West the Villas are neighboring the beautiful boutique hotel Tugu.

Description

Both Villas have their own pool and staff and are perfect to be rented individually offering total privacy from each other or together with a group of friends. The owners have carefully chosen Asian antiques and have mixed the furnishings with modern amenities to make these villas a holiday haven being able to accommodate altogether together comfortably 14 guests.

Staff & Services Inclusive of Standard Daily Villa Rate:

• One round-trip airport transfers, up to 2 cars if required, are inclusive of the daily villa rates;
• Complimentary welcome drinks and a fruit basket are provided upon guest arrival;
• Complimentary Balinese flower arrangements and daily fresh flowers are provided;
• Safes are provided in each master bedroom for valuables.
• Each Villa is staffed with a driver, cook, housekeeper, gardener plus pool maintenance and 24 hour security guards which patrol the grounds at night;
• Western, Asian, Vegetarian and Children’s Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Menus are provided. Please advise us well in advance if any of the guest have special dietary requirements;
• Personal daily laundry (only washable clothes) and ironing are inclusive of the villa rate;
• Bed & bath linen, pool towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair-dryers, tissues, mosquito repellants, etc are provided;
• A Villa Information Booklet and Directory of Tours and Activities are provided in each villa;
• Latest Bali tourist magazines, “Best of Bali” guide and other current Bali guidebooks are provided in each villa for guest use;
• Room Service from Tugu Hotel menus & delivery service menus from various restaurants are available in both Villa Kedidi and Kakatua;
• Secured parking for up to 4 cars are available;
• Both villas and common grounds of the property are fogged for insects twice a month.

Other Costs:

• All guest are required to register with the local police and to the local community (called banjar) within 24 hours upon arrival. Our security staff will process the registration on behalf of all guest. A registration fee of Rp.25,000 per person plus cost of photocopying of guests.
• Personal food and beverage shopping including incidental transportation cost is to the guest account. You will be invoiced for the amounts we have spent on your behalf. There will be no mark-up on services or food & beverage shopping but a service charge of 15% will be added to the invoice. Staff is required to present receipts to guests.
• Each Villa has a landline telephone which is available for internet connection. A prepaid Telkom card is available for IDD access.
• House staff are on hand from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. An overtime charge of Rp 20,000 per hour is payable for each cook and housekeeper for services required after 10pm.
• Villa staff does not provide baby-sitting services. Baby-sitting services are available to guests at an additional cost. Guests need to book in advance with the Villa Manager
• Hand-phones are available to rent at a daily rate of Rp50,000 and require use of prepaid cards.
