Compensation Resources & New England office

Upper Saddle River, NJ - March 5, 2007 - Compensation Resources, Inc., one of the nation's premier Compensation and Human Resources consulting practices, is pleased to announce the opening of its New England regional office in Connecticut. Harry J. Schum, one of the firm's Senior Consultants, will be heading up this office.

Harry has over 25 years of compensation and human resources experience in both the consulting and corporate environments within the utility, manufacturing, and professional service industries. His expertise includes executive compensation, variable pay, incentive strategies, sales compensation and human resource planning and program implementation. Additionally, he works individually with senior management in transition to identify negotiating positions for potential career change opportunities. Harry has been a corporate officer and Vice President, Human Resources for Infilco Degremont, Inc. and Trigen Energy Corporation (both subsidiaries of Suez Corporation), as well as holding senior HR executive management positions with MasterCard International, Deloitte & Touche and RJR Nabisco. Previous to these corporate assignments, he spent eight years in the actuarial and compensation consulting functions of Kwasha Lipton.

Harry has a Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from Iona College's Hagan School of Business, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Fordham University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and WorldatWork.
