The quick fixes are just that quick, permanent results come from taking time and putting in effort after all the weight didn't magically appear expecting it to magically disappear is a bit unrealistic. However, by changing your lifestyle you can easily start to lose weight and keep that weight off. It won't happen in a month but you can be sure the weight won't be coming back to haunt you either.
