Nissan Launches New Teana Luxury Sedan

The sales launch of the fully redesigned Teana luxury sedan was announced by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. at dealers across Japan. Teana has been engineered and designed to provide lasting value in a modern luxury sedan by means of its its modern styling, impressive ride comfort and thoughtful appointments for all passengers. The tagline "SHIFT hospitality" marketed the Teana reflecting its new dimension of hospitality, superb comfort and quiet, roomy interior.

Teana offer a number of significant "first" counting the first Nissan model in the Japanese market to utilize the newly developed "D" platform and the first in its class to feature a stylish glass roof. Teana's exterior design presents a modern and artistic form. With its bold yet elegant character line, from the front to the rear of the vehicle forms a sweeping arc. The front end highlighted by a new grille, bumper and headlight design. The six-light windows are designed to emphasize the luxurious space of the elegant interior. As a sense of fine quality the outside mirrors are also optimally shaped to minimize wind noise and the side moldings are executed in a sword motif.

Six attractive exteriors colors are offered by Teana to choice for, counting the Deep Amethyst Gray as an all-new Nissan color. All Teana body colors come standard with Nissan's Scratch Shield, which self-repairs minor scratch marks in the paint surface.

The Teana interior has a relaxation that soothes both mind and body and hospitality befitting a modern living room for all passengers, also it is carefully executed with an emphasis on comfort and fine quality. With enhanced ride comfort the seats feature a vibration absorption urethane cushion material and are shaped so that the occupant's entire body is uniformly supported. The seating surface improves the soft felling because seat pads adopt a slab urethane layer to form a three-layered structure.
