Remember the Food Pyramid? Really, who has got time for all that? The food pyramid we used to study about in Health Education in Primary School has long been forgotton, and probably never once followed.


Who's got time for that?

There is a key to looking good and feeling fab all the time. Moderation is key.  Without dieting, and with a monitored in-take of food, you can easily stay in shape and healthy.

Simply follow the guidelines of this plate:

 

 

This is simple enough to remember and to follow.  

Example of Vegetables - Broccoli, Spinach, Yellow onions,Red peppers, Carrots, Cabbage, Potatoes, Lettuce, Celery, Cucumbers, Asparagus

Example of Protein - Chicken, Fish, Beef, Turkey, Lamb

Example of Starches- Rice, Bread, Pastries, Pastas
