A popular park in the 70s, Toa Payoh Park was rejuvenated in the early 90s to meet present needs. The main features are the Observation Tower and the landscaped pond. These provide an idyllic setting especially for those recapturing the chic and fashion of the 70s.
A portion of this park is currently being used as a temporary bus terminal.
