Experience fine dining treats in the midst of Singapore’s “bio valley”. Savour fresh airflown seafood immaculately prepared in a fusion style. Kick-start the evening with Hamachi drizzled with truffle dressing which perks up a tired soul with its refreshing zesty flavour. An unusual dish for the adventurous to attempt will be the mud crap cake priced at $24. Portion is limited at 2 piece per order yet it is an interesting and compact juicy find for the palates. Fish lovers may opt for the salmon carpaccio which glides gently down the tongue, so smooth and so fresh as if just harvested from deep sea. To follow suit would be the cod fish slices in minestrone soup at $46. Given the light texture of the soup and its small serve, this dish will definitely not fill a hungry soul but it will satisfy the appetite of a gourmet lover who thrives for the finer things in life.
For those not embarking on a strict diet programme, indulge yourself with the risotto grazed with accompaniments of mushrooms and scallops. Probably one of the most fragrant and aromatic risotto around at an affordable price of $26. Not forgetting the meat lovers, Infuzi also serves rib eye steak for those who do not quite fancy seafood for the day.
Seafood lovers particular about freshness and not budget conscious should definitely give Infuzi a try. It is “the place” for a quiet and romantic dinner as you chill out and unwind. The settings are simple with a modern minimalist theme consisting mainly of furnishings in white and lightings are dimmed for the occasion. It creates a cosy feel and one can’t help but be at ease with the surrounding as you gaze at the green plains of bushes and plants outside the restaurant before sunset.
Interacting with the servers is a pleasurable experience as you will be delighted to note they are knowledgeable and able to recommend the particular dish to ease your craving palate for the night.
