Shoppers can’t help but feel like they’re at a mall in Tokyo when they step into The Heerens.

This is a small mall targeting shoppers especially the youth, the hip and the trendy for an urban hang out.

Thanks to the opening of a Singapore branch Britain’s HMV music stores, infact the largest outlet here in Southeast Asia; The Heeren is the big hangout for teens. The front entrance of the mall hums with towers of video monitors, flashing and blaring the latest American and British chart toppers. Update those outdated music and movie collection of yours, and come visit HMV for the latest sounds and blockbusters.

The concept they have here for their shoppers is a similar concept of the ‘harujuku’ styles in Tokyo. They focus on to the beauty and grooming industry where majority of their shops offer shoppers mostly fashion apparels and accessories. Apart from that, they offer makeup/skincare products, hair services, handcrafted gifts, toys and comics.

The restaurants in here offer a wide variety of delightful cuisines from Thai to Peranakan and Japanese. Craving for a Swiss meal? Feast for Movenpick Marche where you get to choose from market-fresh ingredients and watch their meals prepared the way they want it, right in front of them. An extensive menu offering European and Asian favourites awaits you. Not forgetting my favourite Movenpick Marche's famous ice-cream are enough to whet one appetite.

Product roadshows and local events are usually held within the premises of the mall. During the annual Singapore Street Festival, you can find yourself enjoying and entertained by the local act performances performed by local young artists. Otherwise, you can get good deals from the roadshows event which will be for a limited period only.

The Heerens will offer you to be in vogue ahead of others.
