PowerPoint presentations can be boring and sleep inducing. So many new methods have been introduced over the years. Most people have not kept up with the latest features and still product slides with too many bullet points and far too much information.

I am sure you have witnessed a bored audience or even been a part of one yourself. Commonly onlookers try and hide the fact that they are slowly nodding off in a warm environment listening to the dulcet tones of a speaker.

You need PowerPoint answers but where can you find them?

The place to look for PowerPoint solutions is on the Web. This takes time and effort but even Microsoft has put their own slides on You Tube. They are packed with new ideas. The problem you have is to find the one you want on the actual procedure of the program.

Some useful hints to finding more specific PowerPoint answers

To get specific answers on the web you need to look for sites that specialise in PowerPoint Videos. There are not many out there but good sites will even have a search facility and selection to help you. It is not unusual to find articles on the sites as well.

Help and advice via Videos

To me, short videos are a great invention. When I get a mail saying 'I have sent you a two hour video to explain what we are going to be doing!' I know that I am going to have to pass this on to someone else to break it down for me. The same is true for presentations. Short and sweet. Even give a selection of presentations covering different parts of subject using different methods.

Learn about bad presentations from top comedians and presenters

On You Tube, you will also find amusing ways of learning about PowerPoint through comedians and presenters. They are well experienced in delivering messages to an audience (it is their livelihood!), they deliver in an amusing manner and the lessons taught are valuable ones to learn.

If you want to produce presentations that do the job and also make it entertaining, get some Video lessons and ideas.
